for Shri Adi Shakti Puja in Henley
Please complete your registration for the puja here.
We are arranging for pick-ups and drop-offs at the three major London airports at Heathrow, Luton and Stansted starting from Thursday 8th June until Tuesday 13th June. There will be a separate charge for this service. There will also be limited transport and accommodation offered from Tuesday 6th June for those co-hosting Yogis who will work on the set up of the camp. If you will be arriving at another airport, please make your way to one of the three pick-up airports using the bus or train shuttles and let us know when you will need to be picked up.
The Transport Desk at Swiss Farm Camp
There will be a transport desk at the camp all weekend to answer all your enquiries and display coach times for your departures according to flight times and airport. There is one mobile number for all enquiries from Thursday 8th June 9am (also 6th and 7th for helpers) to Tuesday 13th 2pm at the transport desk: +44 (0)7748 976 120.
Please keep this number handy so you can call us to enquire about the status of your airport pick up or request a pick up from local train and bus stations. We have 5 minibuses available from Thursday to Tuesday and many cars in addition to the fleet of hired coaches.
Transport from airports to the Swiss Farm Camp
Yogis requiring pickup and drop-off from the 4 main London airports should register their details as soon as possible and confirm their place. Airports covered are Heathrow, Stansted, Luton and Gatwick. Heathrow is the closest airport and Stansted the furthest away. Most people will come to Stansted and Heathrow so pick ups are more frequent at these airports. Pick-ups from the airports will officially be on Thursday the 8th, Friday the 9th and Saturday the 10th of June, however we are arranging early pickups for hosting country helpers. Ring the transport desk if you are not met in case there is someone on their way. Return drop offs to the airports after the puja will be available on Monday the 12th and Tuesday the 13th of June.
Coaches and / or minibuses will be picking up from the airports regularly throughout Thursday, Friday and Saturday, but please be prepared to wait, enjoying each others company so we can ensure vehicles are fairly full before they leave. Yogis travelling individually should especially be sure to go to the correct meeting point (detailed further below) to join the group.
Every registered yogi who requested transport, is in our timetable for pick up and drop off so If you do not see a yogi at the meeting point, please ring the transport number to check when you will be met and wait for them: +44 (0)7748 976 120. This especially applies to All those arriving before Thursday the 8th of June.
If you have registered for transport and decide to make your own way to the camp please let us know as soon as possible, on the transport phone number, to save us looking for you while others wait.
